On 22 April 2021, Egrets Group broke ground at 3786 FM 1488, Conroe, and construction is now underway for a 3-storied medical building. Egrets Group has partnered with physicians who will collectively own and construct the facility, and eventually operate as Magnolia Medical Specialists.
The medical offices will provide primary care as well as podiatry, imaging, dermatology, and physical therapy services, in addition to sports medicine and pain management. The facility is strategically located next to a 10,000-sq.ft. retail center, which is also being developed by Egrets Group.
The FM 1488 corridor is developing rapidly, and Egrets Group’s aim is to provide the flourishing community with a high-quality healthcare facility that will serve the surrounding neighborhoods.
